REGISTRATION
A representative from EACH accepted team must attend tournament registration. Tournament registration will be held from 3:00 - 9:00 pm on Friday, July 13 at the following location:
Purcellville Train Station, 200 N. 21st, Purcellville, VA 20132
Directions:
From Leesburg go west on Rt. 7 approximately 6.5 miles.
Take the VA-287 exit. Turn left (south) on to Berlin Turnpike (Rt. 287).
Go 0.6 miles to right at stop sign onto Main St. (Rt. 7 – Business).
Go approximately 1.3 miles to right on to N. 21st at flashing yellow light.
Train station is 0.1 miles ahead on the right, at the intersection of 21st St. with 23rd St. (Free parking in front of the Train Station and across the street in the town lot.)
REGISTRATION MATERIALS
Below are the required documents that each team must bring to the tournament registration (downloadable forms below*).
Recreational Teams:
- Original 2006/2007 Player Passes from USYS State Association for each player. Please contact your Club registrar for player passes. Passes must be signed by your Club’s registrar.
- Original copy of the Official Tournament Roster Form.
- Two copies of the Official Tournament Roster Form.
- Individual player Medical Release Forms.
Travel Teams:
- Original 2006/2007 Player Passes; either USYS State Association or US Club Soccer passes
- Original copy of the Official Tournament Roster Form.
- Two copies of the Official Tournament Roster Form.
- Individual player Medical Release Forms.
